Position: Branch Manager – Islamic Banking Division

Qualification:
To qualify for this pivotal role, you must hold a minimum graduate degree from a foreign or HEC recognized university.
Experience:
We seek individuals with 8-10 years of robust banking experience, including significant exposure to credits and operations. Specifically, candidates should have at least 2-3 years of proven experience in a Branch Manager role.

As a Branch Manager in our Islamic Banking Division, you will be entrusted with crucial responsibilities aimed at fostering growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Here’s what the role entails:
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans tailored for branch growth, overseeing the execution of initiatives aimed at business development and market expansion.
- Performance Review: Conduct regular reviews of approved branch objectives, ensuring alignment with actual performance metrics. Your keen oversight will contribute to operational efficiency and goal attainment.
- Financial Targets: Lead the charge in achieving financial targets, with a primary focus on fostering growth in Current Accounts (CA) and attracting New to Bank (NTB) customers. Your expertise will drive revenue generation and sustainable business growth.
- Cross-Selling and Asset Management: Drive cross-selling initiatives and effectively manage assets and trade targets to enhance the bank’s overall business success. Your ability to identify opportunities and leverage resources will be instrumental in maximizing profitability.
