Major Responsibilities: Your role as Deputy Manager – IT will include:

1. Effective Management:
   • Efficiently manage IT and network support functions both at the head office and on-site.
2. Technical Support:
   • Provide excellent and timely technical support to users, ensuring the smooth flow of day-to-day operations.
3. System Deployment:
   • Timely complete formatting, installations, and settings of desktop systems to be deployed at client terminals.
4. Network Design and Deployment:
   • Ensure the design and deployment of a robust network infrastructure.
5. Asset Management:
   • Ensure all IT equipment is in working order and manage asset inventory.

Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, candidates should have:

• Education: BS/MS in IT (CCNA Certified)
• Experience: 5 to 7 years in the textile industry
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in network protocols, TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN configurations, cloud-based services, and virtualization technologies.
