As a Trainee Branch Service Ambassador, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with the branch staff to ensure efficient and courteous service to customers, walk-in visitors, and prospective clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide efficient and courteous service to branch customers, walk-in customers, and prospective clients.
- Transaction TAT Support: Assist counter staff in achieving low transaction Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Customer Traffic Management: Effectively manage customer traffic on the branch floor to ensure a smooth and organized environment.
- Operational Form Management: Ensure that all operational forms, slips, and formats are readily available for customers.
Required Skills:
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Personality Traits: Extroverted personality with a solid aptitude and attitude for customer service.
