Job Role: Sr. Officer/Executive Internal Audit
Job Description: As a Sr. Officer/Executive Internal Audit at Hilal, you will be responsible for a range of essential tasks to ensure the company’s internal processes align with the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Audit Programs: Conduct comprehensive audit programs, including process and control walkthroughs, developing testing criteria, and analyzing data and evidence.
- Independent Audit Assignments: Demonstrate the ability to handle audit assignments independently, showcasing autonomy and expertise in the field.
- Audit Strategy and Annual Plan: Collaborate with the Audit Manager/Head of Internal Audit to develop audit strategy and contribute to the creation of the annual audit plan.
- Concise Audit Findings: Prepare well-articulated, concise audit findings that detail conclusions and propose agreed-upon corrective actions.
- Compliance Evaluation: Determine compliance with company policies, standards, procedures, and relevant statutes and government regulations.
- Control Effectiveness: Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of accounting and management controls to ensure accurate and authorized transactions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and actively participate in the development of action plans.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and Audit team members to deliver results and support overall business performance.
Location: Karachi
Qualification:
- Preferably Part Qualified CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, CIA, CISA, or CPA.
Experience:
- Minimum two years of relevant experience.
