Job Title: Assistant Producer

Location: Utopia Head Office, Karachi, Sindh
Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays On)
Job Overview: Utopia Industries is seeking a dedicated Assistant Producer to join our dynamic team. As an Assistant Producer, you will play a key role in the production process, collaborating closely with the producer and contributing to the creation of compelling content. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and distributing shoot call sheets, detailing filming sequences, talent, and equipment requirements.
- Ensuring proper makeup and clothing for talent.
- Identifying and reporting production concerns to the director or producer.
- Collaborating with the producer to develop program concepts and ideas.
- Coordinating and supervising crew members and production workers.
- Overseeing set construction and managing lighting and sound schemes.
- Providing regular progress updates.
- Contributing ideas, assisting in script development, and recommending changes.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is essential.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Sciences or Film and TV. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with TV and film productions will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Good analytical skills and a proactive “can do” attitude.
