Position: Manager HR & OD (Rewards)

Key Responsibilities:
- Craft a Total Reward Philosophy & Strategy that aligns with our organizational goals.
- Design pay structures that ensure internal and external equity in line with market standards.
- Regularly review HR policies to enhance the employee experience and support our long-term objectives.
- Drive retention strategies and manage attraction initiatives.
- Evolve the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) as a critical component of our Total Reward strategy.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA/MS-HR or relevant qualification
- 7-9 years of experience in HR and Organizational Development
Skills/Knowledge:
- Strategic Thinking
- Budget Management
- Data Analysis
- Team Leadership
