Position: Deputy Manager – Design Studio

Key Responsibilities:
As the Deputy Manager of the Design Studio, you will play a critical role in shaping our design direction and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Coordination: Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
- Creative Design: Develop mood boards, design presentations, and create original artworks. Participate in stitching styling for beds.
- Collections: Curate collections for heimtex and market weeks, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to infuse innovation into our designs.
- Team Leadership: Oversee the design team in the creation of design deliverables, including graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design or a related field.
- Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in textile design.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Innovative thinking and a passion for design.
- Effective team management abilities.
- Excellent time management skills.
