Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage sewing department operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Lead and train sewing staff to meet production targets and maintain high standards.
- Monitor and maintain sewing machines and equipment.
- Collaborate with production planning teams to meet production schedules.
- Implement and enforce safety and quality control procedures.
- Oversee inventory management related to sewing supplies.
- Address and resolve operational challenges and issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Manager or Supervisor in a sewing department.
- Strong knowledge of sewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and team management skills.
