Position Overview:

As an Engineer in Production Control at Arçelik Dawlance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our high-quality appliances. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning: Develop production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet customer demand while minimizing downtime and production costs.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and enforce quality control measures to ensure that products meet our stringent quality standards.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase output.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels, track raw materials, and ensure timely procurement to prevent production disruptions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues, streamline operations, and meet production goals.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify production bottlenecks, implement solutions, and optimize resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in production control or manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
