Job Title: Manager Sewing Automation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Garments Technology/Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering.
Exposure:
- 7-8 years of manufacturing experience with at least half of that experience being with automated sewing machinery.
- Ability to lead a production team and deliver ambitious results in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computers, particularly in an ERP-enabled environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for achieving excellence.
Job Role: As a Manager Sewing Automation at Masood Textile Mills, you will be responsible for leading the production team in the computerized and automated stitching machine section. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving production targets and meeting delivery deadlines, including drawing and executing production plans.
- Engaging with different departments, such as Quality Assurance, as needed to achieve production goals.
- Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
