Qualification: Business Graduate
Key Competencies:
- Brand Building & Activation: Drive the growth and visibility of our brand.
- Proficient in Leading Brand/Sub-brand Launches: Successfully launch and manage brand and sub-brand initiatives.
- Comprehensive Brand Plans: Create and execute detailed brand plans and marketing calendars.
- BTL Activities: Expertise in managing Below-The-Line (BTL) activities, including pack design, PR, digital, and shopper marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective brand strategies that drive growth and market presence.
- Lead the launch and management of new brands and sub-brands.
- Create and execute comprehensive brand plans and detailed marketing activity calendars.
- Manage Below-The-Line (BTL) activities, including pack design, PR, digital, and shopper marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand success.
- Monitor market trends and consumer insights to stay ahead of the competition.
- Drive brand awareness and loyalty through innovative marketing campaigns.
