Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective business strategies aimed at attracting new customers, expanding store footfall, and boosting sales and profitability.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, oversee stocking processes, implement purchasing plans, and maintain productive relationships with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in achieving sales targets.
• Analyze data and generate comprehensive reports to make informed business decisions, with a focus on meeting and surpassing sales and profit objectives. Take responsibility for profit and loss management, as well as cash handling at the store, while compiling daily sales records.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the store team to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales and profits, minimize losses, and uphold the store’s unique visual appeal and impeccable maintenance standards.
• Ensure unwavering compliance with the execution of all company policies and procedures, fostering an environment that prioritizes results.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• A solid 10 to 12 years of hands-on experience in retail management.
• A minimum of 2+ years in a similar role, where you independently managed store operations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and proficiency in people management.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
• A proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
