Position: Oracle EBS Support Engineer
Responsibilities: As an Oracle EBS Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business users on various Oracle EBS modules. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to business users on Oracle EBS modules.
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring the smooth operation of business modules.
- Effectively articulating user problems, concepts, and solutions to business users to facilitate understanding and resolution.
- Contributing to the strategic direction of the department and driving the implementation of department goals aligned with the company’s core values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/CS; certifications would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Oracle EBS support.
- Technical proficiency in Oracle EBS R12 modules and SQL database tools’ knowledge.
