Job Description:

As a Sales Manager at Human Capital HR Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and leading a high-performing sales team. Your responsibilities will encompass managing and motivating the sales team, leveraging your knowledge of the leather industry and market trends, and making data-informed decisions to achieve sales targets. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales team to achieve sales objectives and targets.
• Utilize your 10+ years of sales management experience, preferably in the leather or related industry, to drive success.
• Motivate, mentor, and manage the sales team to perform at their best.
• Stay informed about the leather industry, market trends, and customer behavior.
• Effectively communicate, negotiate, and present sales strategies to clients.
• Apply strategic thinking and analytical abilities to make data-informed decisions.
• Proficiently use MS Office tools and be willing to engage in extensive travel as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business and Marketing.
• Proven experience of at least 10+ years in sales management, with a preference for the leather or related industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the leather industry, market trends, and customer behavior.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to engage in extensive travel.
• Maximum age of 45 years.
