Position: Officer – Sales Accounting
Responsibilities: As an Officer – Sales Accounting at Suzuki, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reconciling monthly sales records with meticulous attention to accuracy and completeness.
- Preparing commission statements for dealers, calculating commissions based on sales performance.
- Generating statements of recoverable amounts from customers and actively following up to ensure prompt recoveries.
- Conducting monthly reconciliations of customer advances, diligently tracking outstanding balances and resolving any discrepancies.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to gather essential data and providing financial insights to support decision-making.
- Assisting in the preparation of sales-related financial reports and presentations for management.
- Maintaining well-organized and current records of sales transactions and customer recoveries.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications and skills:
- Familiarity with Taxation Laws & Tariff and Revenue Management practices.
- Strong grasp of Internal Control mechanisms.
- Analytical problem-solving skills to address financial challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience with SAP is highly valuable and will be considered a significant advantage.
Qualification:
- MBA (Finance) / ACCA (Finalist)
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Age:
- Up to 32 years
