As a Travel Counselor, you will assist customers with their travel arrangements, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a seamless travel experience. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals passionate about the travel industry and eager to kick-start their career in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fares, travel policies, and visa requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Help customers with changes or cancellations to their travel plans, ensuring compliance with airline policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Promote and sell additional travel products, such as travel insurance and ancillary services.
- Stay updated on airline policies, industry regulations, and travel trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including reservations, sales, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and payments.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using computer systems and travel booking software.
- Basic knowledge of geography and travel destinations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work in Multan, Pakistan on a full-time and permanent basis.
