Haleeb Foods Limited, a renowned food and beverage company, is currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as an Oracle Developer. As an Oracle Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle database applications to support our business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle database applications based on business requirements.
- Create and maintain database objects, such as tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures.
- Write efficient and optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Develop and enhance Oracle Forms and Reports for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform database performance tuning and optimization to ensure optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues and errors.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Oracle database environment.
- Conduct regular system testing and debugging to identify and resolve software defects.
- Stay updated with Oracle database technologies and industry best practices.
- Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users for Oracle applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database concepts, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Forms/Reports.
- Experience in database design, development, and administration.
- Familiarity with Oracle Application Express (APEX) is a plus.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Prior experience or internships in Oracle development or database administration is preferred but not required.
