Position Overview: We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Branch Managers in the fashion industry. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our retail outlets and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This is a full-time and permanent position, offering a first-shift (day) schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead and supervise a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and motivation to maximize their performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales figures, market trends, and customer preferences to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store’s overall appearance and optimize product presentation.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular inventory management and stock replenishment activities to meet customer demands and minimize stock outs.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and other key indicators to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Graduation degree in any relevant field.
- Strong passion for the fashion industry and knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Prior experience in retail management or fashion industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
