As an Officer Aftersales at Pak Suzuki Motor Company Limited, you will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional aftersales service to our valued customers. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and eager to kick-start their career in aftersales services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing aftersales operations, including service appointments, vehicle maintenance, and repairs.
- Communicate effectively with customers, understanding their requirements, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to customers regarding warranty claims, service packages, and other after-sales inquiries.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely and accurate diagnosis and resolution of vehicle issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and warranty claims.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote aftersales services and upsell relevant products and packages.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Assist in generating reports and analyzing data related to after-sales performance and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components is preferred.
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for record-keeping and data analysis.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in Rawalpindi, Pakistan on a full-time and permanent basis.
