Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Zonal Operations Manager to join our team in Islamabad. As a Zonal Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations in the Islamabad zone. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing operations, maintaining quality standards, managing your team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Islamabad zone.
- Monitor and ensure the achievement of Operations KPIs.
- Respond promptly to reports from your team and take necessary actions to address issues.
- Ensure the timely clearance of all reports and documentation.
- Maintain strict compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
- Establish effective controls over expenses and vouchers.
- Uphold and enhance service quality to meet customer expectations.
Job Requirements:
- A strong operational background with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
- Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellence.
