Job Description:
As a Territory Sales Officer (TSO) based in Sukkur, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and distribution of Hilal Foods’ products in the assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Territory Management: Manage and expand the customer base within the allocated territory, ensuring effective coverage.
- Sales Generation: Generate sales through effective market penetration, customer relationship management, and product promotion.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of field sales officers (order bookers) to ensure alignment with sales goals.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited university.
Experience:
- Minimum Experience: 1 – 2 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG industry.
