This involves designing and leading new initiatives derived from analyses, such as creating new SOPs, managing ERP upgrades, and coordinating trials. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for evaluating and analyzing performance issues on the production floor, addressing efficiency bottlenecks, and troubleshooting dyeing issues.
Ideal Profile: To thrive in this role, Style Textile is seeking candidates with the following qualifications and experience:
- A Bachelors’ degree in engineering or chemical sciences from a recognized university.
- 3-5 years of work experience in R&D functions, core processes, operations, or related areas, with a preference for candidates with a background in fabric production.
