Position Overview

As the Team Leader – Inbound & Outbound Unit, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bank’s Contact Center, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery for both inbound and outbound calls. You will manage a team, set performance standards, and drive initiatives to improve overall service quality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management:
    Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they meet performance and service quality targets.
  • Service Excellence:
    Monitor inbound and outbound call operations, ensuring that service levels are maintained and improved.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Evaluate and enhance team performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), providing coaching, and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Process Improvement:
    Identify and implement strategies to optimize processes within the contact center, improving efficiency, and reducing operational costs.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to inquiries and complaints.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience and resolve issues effectively.

Key Requirements

  • Education:
    A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Experience:
    A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in managing or supervising an inbound and outbound contact center team.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to analyze and improve operational performance.
    • Proficiency in customer service best practices.
    • Knowledge of CRM systems and contact center technologies.
