📌 Position Overview

Role Title: Sr. Audit Manager / Audit Manager
Location: Karachi & Hyderabad
Position Type: Full-Time
Department: Audit & RAR Group

As a Sr. Audit Manager or Audit Manager, you will play a key role in the Audit & RAR Group, responsible for overseeing the execution of audits across various departments and ensuring compliance with both internal policies and regulatory standards. This is a strategic role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to assess and mitigate risks.


🎓 Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • Education:
    • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
    • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIA, or CA are highly desirable.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of relevant experience in auditing or risk management, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
    • Strong background in auditing within the banking or financial sector is preferred.

As the Sr. Audit Manager / Audit Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and conducting audits for various departments within the bank to ensure compliance with internal policies, financial regulations, and risk management practices.
  • Developing audit plans and strategies to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Reviewing audit findings, preparing reports, and presenting key results and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborating with different departments to identify areas of improvement and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Managing and mentoring the audit team, ensuring quality and consistency in audit work.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit software.
