Key Responsibilities:
As a Shift Engineer (Utilities), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of utility systems within our plant. Here are some key responsibilities associated with the role:
- Operational Oversight: You will be responsible for overseeing the operation of utility systems such as boilers, chillers, compressors, and generators. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure the continuous and efficient functioning of these systems.
- Maintenance Coordination: Collaborating with the maintenance team, you will schedule and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for utility equipment. This will involve identifying maintenance needs, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely execution to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: In the event of equipment malfunctions or operational issues, you will lead troubleshooting efforts to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Your ability to think critically and resolve problems efficiently will be invaluable in maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:
