📌 Position Overview

Role Title: Service Delivery Analyst

As a Service Delivery Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting financial analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. This role will involve working closely with the finance team, conducting financial modeling, and assisting with strategic planning to help FasalPay deliver its services efficiently to farmers.

🎓 Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Education:
  • MBA with a major in Finance.
• Experience:
  • 02-03 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, service delivery, or a similar field.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As the Service Delivery Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

• Performing financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Creating and maintaining financial models to assess the performance of services and forecast financial outcomes.
• Preparing and analyzing P&L (Profit and Loss), balance sheets, and other financial statements to monitor the company’s financial health.
• Supporting cross-functional teams with data-driven insights for operational improvements and efficient service delivery.
• Collaborating with various departments to enhance service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring that financial projections and business assumptions align with overall company goals.
