Knowledge & Skills Required: As a Senior Officer in PPC-MRP at Nizam Sons (Pvt) Ltd, you will be responsible for a range of tasks aimed at ensuring efficient production planning and control. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring timely lock of the Stock Transfer Order (STO) by the store within the given deadline.
• Cross-checking imported material allocations.
• Creating a Sub-Material Chart for new processing materials.
• Generating all processing demands in the system and communicating them to the concerned departments.
• Developing a master timeline for new orders, facilitating Ex-Factory finalization.
• Reverifying physical stock from the store department during master timeline preparation.
• Setting the location of Work Order in Unit Flow Planning in coordination with the CRP and production department.
• Forwarding the timeline to all concerned departments for verification of capacity and time schedule.
• Entering Ex-Factory dates in the ERP system after confirmation by the sales department to the customer.
• Ensuring customer Ex-Factory dates in the ERP system with regular follow-up from the sales department.
