Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Graduation in Commerce / BS Hons (Finance) / BBA Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in financial management.

Job Description:

As a Senior Officer in Financial Management at MCB, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the evaluation of financial proposals submitted to BFC in accordance with the Schedule of Financial Powers and Purchase & Expense policy of the bank.
• Assisting in the solarization project by scrutinizing invoices, processing payments, settling advances, capitalizing assets, and allocating expenses in coordination with the Central Accounts Division (CAD) and project approval.
• Coordinating with business teams for annual management audit activities.
• Preparing comparative analyses of utility bills expenses of buildings and monthly reports for management.
• Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets for buildings, including major projects, operation & maintenance, repair & renovation, and other expenditures.
• Preparing and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) related to expense management, particularly with reference to service contracts for building-related services.
