    • Develop and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns that integrate digital and traditional channels to achieve strategic objectives.

    • Manage a diverse media mix, with expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, PR, OOH (Out-of-Home), and Influencer campaigns.

    • Plan and oversee the execution of OOH campaigns, including site selection, creative development, and performance evaluation.

    • Ensure all campaign elements are cohesive, on-brand, and optimized for their respective channels.

  • Content Strategy & Multi-Platform Execution:

    • Design and execute a comprehensive content strategy that articulates the college’s value proposition.

    • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across all platforms, including social media, the official website, and print collateral.

    • Tailor messaging for different segments of the target audience, from prospective students to parents and educational partners.

    • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.

  • Agency & Vendor Management:

    • Demonstrate a strong ability to manage agencies and vendors for specialized needs such as creative development, media buying, and large-scale production.

    • Write clear and concise briefs, manage timelines and budgets, and evaluate the performance of external partners to ensure a high return on investment.

    • Act as the primary point of contact, fostering collaborative relationships that yield high-quality outcomes for brand communication, collateral, and campaigns.

  • Analysis, Reporting, and Documentation:

    • Utilize strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and derive actionable insights from data.
