Crescent Bahüman, a prominent player in the industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Manager Quality Control. This is an exciting opportunity for those who are passionate about maintaining high-quality standards and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- End-to-End Quality Control Management: Take charge of the Quality Control function throughout the manufacturing value chain of denim garment production, from Cut to Pack.
- Exceed Customer Expectations: Uphold and elevate product quality standards to surpass customer expectations.
- Alignment with Modern Quality Approaches: Implement a modern quality approach in line with major customer standards and best manufacturing practices.
- Problem-Solving Solutions: Provide effective solutions by utilizing tools such as Eight Step Problem Solving, FMEA, 5 Whys, PDCA, and CAPA.
- Achieve Quality Excellence: Ensure that operations achieve and maintain excellence in quality.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: BSc Textile Engineering/MS TQM/Masters
- Work Experience: 10 to 15 years of leading Quality Control Cut to Pack in a denim garment manufacturing unit
Skills:
- Excellent Presentation: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical: Proficient in analyzing data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using various methodologies.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills to guide and inspire teams.
