Key Responsibilities & Duties
As a Senior Manager in Product Development Sewing, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the quality and viability of our stitched samples. Your duties will include:
- Collaborating with Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams to assess product risks.
- Fulfilling all stitched sample requirements and verifying product patterns, designs, specs, and stitching quality.
- Overseeing the smooth operation of product development processes, including cutting, sewing, and garment finishing.
- Proactively identifying potential issues in customer/product requirements and providing solutions for bulk production.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A BSc in Textile Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Denim Jeans Product Development.
- Skills in understanding fit and construction, expertise in specs, team leadership, planning, strong communication, and data analysis.
