Key Responsibilities:

As the Senior Manager – Credit Review, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Credit Risk Assessment: Evaluate and review the creditworthiness of individuals, businesses, and other entities by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information.
• Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize credit-related risks and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Review of Credit Facilities: Assess the existing credit facilities of clients and ensure that they align with the bank’s policies and industry standards.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure that credit risk is managed effectively across the bank.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on the credit review findings, provide recommendations, and track the implementation of corrective actions.
• Compliance: Ensure that all credit reviews and decisions comply with the bank’s internal policies, procedures, and the regulatory framework.

Key Requirements:

To be eligible for the Senior Manager – Credit Review position, candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) will be an added advantage.
• Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in credit review, credit risk management, or a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Skills:
