**Position Overview**
**Job Title:** Senior Legal Counsel
**Location:** To be specified (typically Head Office)
**Employment Type:** Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**

**Legal Advisory & Compliance**
✔ Provide expert legal counsel on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
✔ Ensure compliance with Pakistan’s legal framework and industry regulations
✔ Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts and agreements

**Corporate Governance**
✔ Advise on corporate governance matters and board compliance
✔ Manage corporate secretarial functions for group companies
✔ Oversee statutory filings and regulatory reporting

**Dispute Resolution**
✔ Lead litigation strategy and manage external counsel
✔ Represent the company in negotiations and dispute settlements
✔ Develop risk mitigation strategies for legal exposures

**Transactional Support**
✔ Support M&A activities, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
✔ Conduct legal due diligence for business transactions
✔ Structure and document complex commercial deals

**Qualifications & Requirements**

**Education & Certification**
– LLB/LLM from a recognized university
– Licensed to practice law in Pakistan

**Experience**
– 8-10 years of post-qualification experience
– Prior experience in corporate law practice (law firm or in-house)
– Strong background in contract law, corporate law, and commercial litigation
