Job Overview
Risk Associates is hiring a Senior Consultant – GRC to join their Cybersecurity consulting team in Karachi. This position will involve developing and executing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and programs for clients, while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective risk management. The Senior Consultant will play a key role in educating and training clients, leading initiatives to enhance their cybersecurity posture, and promoting a culture of compliance.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – GRC, your role will involve the following core responsibilities:

• Cybersecurity Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Guidance on Cybersecurity Initiatives: Oversee complex cybersecurity projects, focusing on regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance processes.
• Client Education and Training: Educate clients on cybersecurity best practices, ensuring they understand and adopt essential security protocols.
• Training and Awareness: Lead cybersecurity training and awareness programs for clients’ employees to foster a culture of compliance and effective risk management.

Experience Required

• 3-5 years of experience in the Cybersecurity field.
• Proven track record in cybersecurity strategy development, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Academic Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Certifications: Expertise in industry-standard cybersecurity frameworks such as:
  • NIST Cybersecurity Framework
  • ISO/IEC 27001
  • PCI DSS
  • SWIFT CSCF
  • Risk Assessments
  • Security Configuration Reviews
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security (e.g., CCSK, AWS Security, Azure Security).
  • Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies.
  • Networking, systems, and infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience: Experience in Financial Institutions is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills are required.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
