Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will perform several important sales and market management tasks, including:

1. Achieving Sales Targets

  • Ensure secondary sales targets are achieved within the assigned territory.

  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

2. Market Development

  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers.

  • Expand the company’s retail network and strengthen product availability.

3. Sales Strategy Implementation

  • Implement sales and merchandising strategies to improve product presence in the market.

  • Enhance ADAO (Availability, Distribution, and Outlet coverage).

4. Market Monitoring

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

  • Report important market insights to the management team.

5. Field Visits

  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper execution of sales plans.

  • Verify product placement and availability in retail outlets.


Educational Requirements

Candidates applying for this position must have:

  • Graduation or BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)

Degrees related to marketing, business management, or sales management may be particularly beneficial.


Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the food, beverage, or FMCG industry
