Position Overview
As a Sales Manager at Talent Mine, you will play a key role in driving sales strategies and achieving revenue targets. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the sales team, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure the delivery of exceptional services to meet customer needs. The role offers opportunities for growth, as you will be working in a dynamic environment with ample support and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. - Team Management:
Lead and manage the sales team, setting performance goals, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to improve sales efficiency. - Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. - Sales Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track team performance, sales trends, and growth opportunities. - Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with overall company goals and drive business growth. - Achieve Sales Targets:
Drive results by ensuring the sales team meets and exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams. - Education:
A relevant degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on motivating and guiding a team toward achieving success. - Sales Expertise:
In-depth understanding of sales strategies, lead generation, client management, and closing deals. - Excellent Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. - Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to analyze market trends, client feedback, and sales data to drive business decisions and improvements.
