Hilal Foods (Pvt) Ltd., a renowned food company in Pakistan, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will provide essential support to the sales team and ensure smooth coordination of sales activities.   • Assist the sales team in managing and coordinating sales activities.
  • Act as a point of contact between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of products.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, including sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate responses or direct them to the relevant team members.
  • Maintain customer databases and update customer records.
  • Support the sales team in meeting sales targets and objectives.
  • Assist in organizing sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining sales documentation.


  • Graduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Prior experience in sales coordination or customer service is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
