Job Responsibilities:
As a Retail Sales Associate/Salesperson, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your duties will include:
- Greet & Direct Customers: Welcome shoppers with a friendly and approachable demeanor, helping them navigate the store and find what they’re looking for.
- Provide Accurate Information: Offer detailed information about our products, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Answer Customer’s Questions: Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Keep yourself informed about our latest products and promotions to provide the most current information to customers.
- Stock Management: Ensure store racks and shelves are fully stocked and organized, maintaining a neat and tidy sales floor.
- Perform Other Tasks: Be flexible and assist with various tasks as assigned by the management team.

Qualification:
- Minimum Matric (High School Diploma): A basic educational qualification is required to be considered for this position.
Experience:
- Fresh – 1 Year Experience in the Same Capacity: While fresh candidates are encouraged to apply, having up to one year of experience in a similar retail or customer service role is a plus.
