We’re on the lookout for a Retail Audit Officer to join our dynamic team at CAMBRIDGER. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our inventory systems while ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Retail Audit Officer at CAMBRIDGER, you will embark on a journey filled with responsibility and attention to detail. Here’s what you can expect:

  1. Inventory Audit: Your primary duty will involve conducting thorough audits of our inventory, meticulously confirming quantities, and verifying proper placement according to our organizational standards.
  2. Detection and Reporting: You will be responsible for detecting and promptly reporting any unsalable, incomplete, or missing stock during scanning processes. Your keen eye for detail will be instrumental in maintaining our stock accuracy.
  3. Reconciliation and Recount: In cases of discrepancies, you will initiate recounts of stock to ensure accuracy. Collaborating closely with category staff, you’ll work towards rectifying any shortages or excess promptly.
  4. Physical Inspection: Approximately 20% of randomly selected 3 Pieces and 2 Pieces articles will undergo your scrutiny. Your ability to identify and report any issues or discrepancies found will contribute significantly to our operational efficiency.
  5. Documentation and Communication: Clear and concise documentation of audit findings is imperative. You will promptly report stock count discrepancies to senior supervisors while maintaining meticulous records of your audits.
  6. Coordination and Guidance: Collaboration with shop staff is key to ensuring accurate piece scanning and a smooth audit process. Your role will involve providing guidance and support to facilitate efficient operations.
  7. Flexibility and Adaptability: As part of this role, you must be open to travel as required. Adaptability to various locations is essential to meet the demands of the job.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Fresh to 1 year of experience in retail operations or auditing.
  • Skills:

    • Communication and interpersonal skills
