Job Overview:

As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and optimization of production lines, ensuring that manufacturing goals are met with efficiency and precision. You will also be tasked with driving continuous improvement, planning maintenance schedules, and leading a motivated production team to achieve excellence in performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Cycle Management: Oversee and optimize the manufacturing cycle time, ensuring that all production schedules are adhered to and executed flawlessly.
• KPI Management: Manage the operation and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of Krones and Sidel production lines, ensuring that targets are met on time.
• Planning and Coordination: Assist the Head of Production in planning for raw materials, and help maintain smooth and efficient production workflows.
• Maintenance Planning: Plan, budget, and execute annual and preventive maintenance across all production lines to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability.
• SAP Operations: Coordinate maintenance schedules, manage SAP operations, and ensure that all production-related activities are logged and tracked accurately.
• Compliance with Standards: Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards across all production activities.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the production team to achieve operational excellence, encouraging a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Resource Utilization: Monitor and ensure optimal resource utilization, minimizing downtime and ensuring the most efficient use of production resources.

Job Requirements:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience:
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Beverages/FMCG or a similar manufacturing environment. A background in production management or process optimization within these sectors is highly preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong technical knowledge of production processes and manufacturing equipment, especially Krones and Sidel production lines.
  • Solid understanding of SAP operations and maintenance management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
