The Role: Product Manager for Debit Cards & SMS
As a Product Manager, you will spearhead the development and enhancement of debit card and SMS banking solutions, driving customer engagement and satisfaction. Based in Lahore, the position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of digital banking services in alignment with Islamic principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive strategies for the enhancement of debit card and SMS banking products, ensuring alignment with Islamic banking principles and customer needs.
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats, informing product roadmap and strategy.
- Risk Management: Implement robust risk management frameworks for debit card and SMS banking products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Customer Engagement: Drive customer engagement initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer feedback mechanisms, enhancing product adoption and satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of debit card and SMS banking products, analyzing data to derive actionable insights and optimize product offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing debit card and/or SMS banking products.
- Strong understanding of Islamic banking principles and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
