💼 Position Overview: Product Development Coordinator (Weaving)

As a Product Development Coordinator (Weaving), you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing product sampling, fabric development, and weaving operations. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all weaving development activities — from design to execution — are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.

• Planning and implementing daily weaving schedules for product development sampling.

• Analyzing fabric construction parameters including EPI, PPI, GSM, warp/weft composition, and weave pattern to ensure accurate loom setup.

• Collaborating with designers, MCS team, and production departments to test and develop new fabric concepts.

• Verifying technical data sheets (TDS), yarn requirements, and jacquard files before development begins.

• Ensuring timely availability of yarns and materials for each project.

• Coordinating with the yarn stores and planning departments for issuance and tracking of raw materials.

• Maintaining updated development and performance reports, weaving logs, and redo analysis.

• Sharing daily progress updates with PD management for review and optimization.
