⚙️ Position: Pharmacist / Chemist (R&D Analyst)

Key Responsibilities
The Pharmacist/Chemist (R&D Analyst) will be responsible for performing analytical tasks and ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). The main duties include:
🔬 Analytical Testing

Perform precise and accurate analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished pharmaceutical products.

Use advanced analytical instruments such as:

HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography)

UV-Visible Spectrophotometer

FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy)
and other lab instruments for testing and analysis.

🧾 Method Development and Validation

Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods in accordance with regulatory and pharmacopoeial guidelines (USP, BP, ICH, etc.).

Conduct stability studies, impurity profiling, and dissolution tests where required.

Ensure compliance with FDA, DRAP, and WHO quality standards.
⚖️ Documentation and Reporting

Maintain detailed, accurate, and traceable records of laboratory experiments and results.

Prepare technical reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and validation documents.

Support audits by maintaining data integrity and traceability according to company SOPs.

Ensure calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments as per GLP requirements.

Troubleshoot analytical equipment issues and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
🧠 Compliance and Quality Assurance

Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout R&D activities.

🎓 Qualification & Experience
