Job Description:

As a Retail Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the performance of our retail stores. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing robust operational systems, processes, and checklists to enhance store performance and efficiency.
• Collaborating closely with store managers to improve the sales process and elevate the overall customer service experience.
• Evaluating existing operational systems and processes to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reduction.
• Developing and delivering training programs to equip store managers and staff with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in operational best practices.
• Managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory costs.

Person Specifications:

To thrive in this role, we are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail operations management, with a proven track record of implementing successful operational improvements.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fields. A Master’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
