Responsibilities:

As an Officer – Payroll in our Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collecting timesheet data and payroll-related information.
• Calculating wages, salaries, benefits, overtime, deductions, and other compensation components accurately.
• Maintaining precise records of payroll documentation and transactions.
• Responding to payroll-related inquiries and addressing concerns from employees.
• Preparing periodic payroll reports for management review.
• Acquiring all necessary approvals for payroll distribution.
• Handling follow-up for Stop Payment requests and manual check requests.
• Performing any other tasks assigned by top management related to payroll and finance.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, CIMA/ICMA, or MBA with a focus on Finance.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in payroll or finance.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
