• Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

As Officer – HR Operations, I am eager to take on the following responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures to ensure a harmonious work environment.
• Ensure the probation cycle is initiated within the specified time frame and compile and present information as per the instructions of the Line Manager.
• Collaborate with line managers to organize monthly employee recognition programs, collect feedback, and make nominations.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities as directed by the Line Manager.
• Assist in managing disciplinary and grievance issues while upholding company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records in compliance with company policies.
• Work effectively as a team member, collaborating with other members of management and the HR staff.
• Undertake any other relevant tasks as instructed by the Line Manager.
