Position: Officer GL & Fixed Assets
Location: Lahore
Experience: 2-3 Years
As an Officer in the GL & Fixed Assets department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with Islamic banking principles. Your responsibilities will include:
- General Ledger Management: You will be responsible for managing the general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate recording of transactions, and reconciling accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
- Fixed Assets Management: You will oversee the accounting for fixed assets, including acquisition, depreciation, disposal, and impairment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Financial Control: You will contribute to the financial control processes, including month-end and year-end closing activities, financial reporting, and audit support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of Islamic banking principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
