📌 Position Overview: MTO – Merchandising

The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Merchandising role is designed for individuals who want to grow into professional merchandisers by learning end-to-end order management, buyer coordination, and production follow-ups.

As an MTO, you will work closely with production, planning, sourcing, and sampling teams, gaining valuable exposure to the complete garment lifecycle—from development to shipment.
