Position: Medical Officer
- Location: SITE Area, Karachi
- Department: Occupational Health
Key Responsibilities:
As the Medical Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- First-line Emergency Medical Response: Provide immediate medical care in emergencies.
- Coordination with External Healthcare Providers: Ensure timely referrals to external healthcare providers when necessary.
- Health Consultations: Offer routine health consultations to employees to monitor their well-being.
- Training and Awareness: Conduct regular CPR and first aid training sessions for staff.
- Promote Workplace Safety: Focus on creating and maintaining a healthier, safer, and more responsive work environment for all employees.
Key Competencies:
- Strong Clinical Judgment: Ability to make sound and quick medical decisions in emergencies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate with employees and external healthcare providers.
- Commitment to Workplace Health: A dedication to promoting and maintaining employee health and workplace safety.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in occupational health or in industrial settings is preferred.
- Qualifications:
- MBBS or an equivalent medical qualification.
- Valid PMDC Registration.
