Role Overview:
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating all aspects of photo and video shoots. From inception to completion, you will ensure seamless execution, collaborating with various creative teams to bring projects to life. Your responsibilities will include scheduling shoot dates, scouting locations, managing equipment rentals, and overseeing on-set activities to achieve our marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Shoots: You will be responsible for planning and executing photo and video shoots, ensuring every detail is meticulously organized for a smooth production process.
- Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with photographers, videographers, stylists, and models to understand project requirements and objectives, fostering a collaborative environment to bring creative visions to fruition.
- Logistics Management: Schedule shoot dates, secure locations, and arrange equipment rentals while adhering to logistical constraints and budgetary guidelines.
- Permissions and Clearances: Obtain permits and permissions for shooting at various locations, ensuring all necessary clearances are in place to avoid any disruptions during production.
- Talent Coordination: Organize casting calls to select suitable talent for shoots, ensuring the right fit for our brand and marketing objectives.
- Set Preparation: Oversee the preparation of set designs, props, and wardrobe, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- On-Set Management: Manage on-set activities, directing talent and crew members to achieve desired shots efficiently and effectively while maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Degree in Fashion Marketing Preferred: While not mandatory, a degree in Fashion Marketing will be preferred, showcasing a solid foundation in both marketing principles and fashion industry knowledge.
